Terms of use
COINJURE (coinjure.fun) is a non-custodial tool for inventing and launching memecoins on Robinhood Chain. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What COINJURE is (and is not)
COINJURE provides a web interface to open, permissionless smart contracts. We never hold your funds, keys, or tokens, every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet, and executes directly on-chain. Tokens launched through COINJURE are created by their users, not by COINJURE; they are not COINJURE products, and we do not endorse, vet, or manage them.
Eligibility
You may only use COINJURE if doing so is legal where you live, and you are of legal age to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your own compliance with local law, including tax obligations.
Prohibited use
- Fraud, market manipulation, or misleading buyers about a token you launched.
- Impersonating a person, brand, or project you do not represent.
- Launching tokens that infringe others' rights or that are illegal where you operate.
- Attacking, spamming, or attempting to break the site or its rate limits.
Fees
Trading through COINJURE-launched pools carries a 1% fee, split 80% to the coin's creator and 20% to the protocol. Bonding-curve trades carry a 1% trade fee with the same default split. These parameters are enforced by the smart contracts and are hard-capped on-chain (fee never above 2%, creators always keep at least 70%).
AI-generated content
Coin concepts, names, lore, and artwork on COINJURE are machine-generated and are not reviewed or vetted by anyone. They may be wrong, weird, or unsuitable. Launching a concept is your decision and your responsibility.
Comments and moderation
We may remove comments or other user-submitted content that is unlawful, abusive, or deceptive, at our discretion. On-chain data is outside anyone's control and cannot be removed.
No warranty
COINJURE is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts are immutable software; bugs, chain outages, and market losses are possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COINJURE and its contributors are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site or the contracts, including total loss of funds.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
